Just a little heads up, I'll write some more at a later time.

In Niagara specifically, there is a BIAS setting in the kitcontrol:looppoint, it's only used when you use a P regulator, because the I constant do the function instead.

P = Bias at 50 PI = Bias at 0 PID = Bias at 0
